Iryna Boiaryna

Project Coordinator

Iryna brings hands-on experience from both sides of the design and construction process, having worked as an architectural assistant and later as a project assistant at Steiner, an international real estate construction company. Fluent in four languages and deeply familiar with the rhythms of residential development, she is a natural bridge between the Alvora team and our international clients — bringing both sector knowledge and genuine cross-cultural ease to every conversation.

Oliver Klatt

Co-Founder

Oliver spent two decades at the forefront of European financial markets, leading product strategy, partnership development, and digital innovation at Thomson Reuters and Tradeweb across Frankfurt, Geneva, and London — building the data infrastructures and strategic alliances that transformed how institutions operate. It was a career built on seeing what others had not built yet, finding the architecture to make it real, and assembling the right partners to deliver it. 

When he turned his attention to residential development in Portugal, he saw an industry still delivering homes the way it did thirty years ago: no digital infrastructure, no structured data, no transparency beyond a set of paper plans. Alvora is his answer — applying the same data-driven discipline and partnership-first approach to an industry long overdue for it, where every villa is digitally modelled, every component documented, and every decision traceable throughout the entire building lifecycle. 

That same instinct for building ecosystems rather than going it alone shapes how Alvora operates — partnering with technology-focused, best-in-class architects, engineers, and construction companies.

Oguzhan Ege

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Oguzhan is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Alvora Living, bringing over two decades of international experience across finance, technology, and strategic business management. Having worked in business management, strategy, and transformation roles at HSBC Private Bank and Thomson Reuters, he has managed complex operations, led large-scale initiatives, and worked closely with investors and stakeholders across Europe, the United States, and emerging markets. 

His career has been shaped by a strong foundation in financial discipline, strategic planning, and value creation, combined with a deep appreciation for quality, innovation, and long-term thinking. This perspective allows him to approach opportunities with sound judgment and a clear vision for sustainable growth. 

At Alvora Living, he applies this philosophy to create carefully curated investment opportunities and exceptional living environments, with a consistent focus on quality, transparency, and long-term value — believing that exceptional real estate should not only perform as an investment, but also endure as a place of lasting quality and experience.
